About Founder
The company is headed by Mrs. Neeta Shah. (Chartered Engineer, Licensee Structural Engineer, Member of PEATA, IIE, IIV), a graduate civil engineer from Mumbai university having 25 years experience in new construction, extension, repairs and rehabilitation & redevelopment projects.
Mrs. Neeta Shah takes care of the most important aspects of structural stability of
the building followed by certification of work. Every scheme is analysed in detail personally to evolve the most economical system for the structure and project
implementation, maintaining the asthetics & utility of the structure.

Pervasive gender discrimination rages in our society as the implacable patriarchal order refuses to let go. The prejudiced beliefs embedded in the hearts and minds of our society today never shy away from doubting and condemning a woman for her career choice.
Right from social conditioning, gender bias prevalent in the industry and lack of adequate training & resources have long been causes for women staying away from the construction industry.
Taking all of this and more head-on since the last 25 years, Mrs Neeta Saha has emerged as a prominent leader of the construction industry that has always been a male-dominated territory. Her interest and passion for building materials and construction only got reinforced and significantly strengthened.
