To secure property all legal documents, BMC approvals and plans should be checked. With RERA number you can check the property precisely.

Yes but subject to RERA details and and all approvals in place

What happens to my flat if there is any dispute between the society and the developer in case of redevelopment?
In case of redevelopment any dispute between society and developer will not affect sale flat as it is an independent property in new building.

What if there are changes in the government norms during an ongoing project?
If the law changes during construction then the project will not get affected if it has received IOD and full CC.

Will the developer help if I require some interior changes during the construction?
Developer can support for interior changes depending whether OC is received or no.

If the customer needs any structural modification then developer has to check whether it is affecting the stability of the building if not then can get approval from the developer
